A form of therapeutic effectiveness through interlocutory dynamics in clinical interviews

Résumé

The improvement of the patient-practitioner relationship is a major issue in health care, especially in the adherence of the subject to the treatment or to prevent "negative" states of the patient. The identification of specific cues within a verbal interaction modeled as a therapeutic monitoring tool would offer new perspectives for these patients. The results of the psychometric tools linked to the formal modelling of language and speech disorders in the transcribed interviews would allow us to envisage more precise description models of the nature of the subject's disorders in the pragmatic-linguistic, executive function, social cognition and oculomotor activity (saccadic frequency and gaze fixation) registers. I will present here a work of anticipation to the Mephesto project (Digital Phenotyping 4 psychiatric disorders from social interaction), based on clinical interviews transcribed in psychiatric environment in order to bring to light first clues answering, partly, to some research axes of this Franco-German project. Thus, this poster proposes, in a synthetic way, an interlocutory model according to a dynamic in three times starting from the phenomenon of the backchannels, showing a change of the mental representations of the speaker during the conversation, and which one could assimilate to a form of "clinical" effect of the therapeutic interview.
