ANISOTROPIC AND NON-LINEAR MAGNETIC LAWS MODELING AND EXPERIMENTAL VALIDATION
LOIS D'AIMANTATION ANISOTROPES ET NON LINEAIRES MODELISATION ET VALIDATION EXPERIMENTALE
Résumé
The aim of our study is to take into account the 2D anisotropic and non linear behavior of magnetic sheets, used in electrical engineering, to get the best out of simulation tools. We hâve proposed a new model of the magnetization laws of différent magnetic sheets (grain oriented, non oriented and double oriented) based on the équivalence between the vectorial B(H) reiationship and a compact représentation using the coenergy density as a function of the magnetic fxeld H. The expérimental data needed are the B(H) curves in the rolling and transverse directions (respectively x and y). The anisotropic behavior of the sheet is taken into account by a proper modeling of the contours of equal coenergy in the Hx-Hy pian. Then the B(H) curves along any direction are derived from the coenergy density. An expérimental checking of the model has been done with a rotating field single sheet tester. The model has been implemented in a finite éléments software using scalar potential. Examples hâve been computed (turbogenerator and transformer).
