Coproduire des savoirs urbains ancrés dans un territoire local Retour critique sur la mise en place d’ateliers professionnels en urbanisme et en aménagement de l’espace dans une ville intermédiaire
Résumé
Co-producing urban knowledge anchored in a local territory. Critical feedback on the establishment of professional urban planning workshops in an intermediate city The Reims Institute of Territorial Planning, Environment and Town Planning (IATEUR) set up professional workshops as part of the pedagogical training of Masters 1 and 2 students since 1985. By proposing a reflexive analysis of the workshops as they are conducted within IATEUR, this article shows that this singular form of reverse pedagogy is a non-linear process, leading to uncertainties, complexities, and conflicts of values, but which allows the co-production of urban knowledge. By generating exchanges between students, university lecturers and local actors, the workshops represent a rare opportunity to confront and, above all, to enrich the different types of knowledge.
