Résumé

In the Aljamiado texts, we see a consistent system used for the transliteration of the Romance language in Arabic script. From the oldest copies preserved (15th century) until the last ones produced by the Moriscos at the beginning of the 17th century, a standardised graphic and orthographic system has been applied to these Spanish texts written in Arabic script.
