Accessibility of emergencies in total conversation enhanced by image

Résumé
The aim of this research is to analyze the conditions for handling emergency calls from aphasic people, on the basis of simulated emergency calls using total conversation (video, text, voice, and images).
The presentation focuses on :
- The work of structuring an emergency image bank adapted to aphasia, which can be an aid to the qualification of the emergency and to the management of interaction with aphasic people;
- The practices of multimodal and image-enhanced emergency interactions between the agents of the CNR114 (in France) and aphasic people in distress and in a stressful situation;
- The criteria and conditions of digital accessibility of a public emergency service for aphasic people, including the necessary interactional and communicational skills of agents.
The presentation ends with the description of the current real conditions for taking emergency calls from people with aphasia
