Les facteurs de résilience entrepreneuriale chez les jeunes créateurs d'entreprise : au-delà de l'entrepreneur, le contexte
Résumé
Entrepreneurial resilience is approached as an entrepreneur's dynamic capacity to face adversity, to overcome difficulties and to recover after stressful or traumatic situations linked in our study to a continuous crisis situation (2011 revolution in Tunisia ). We study the potential for rebound that relies on internal and external resources to protect, adapt and grow in an environment of continuous crisis. Resilient entrepreneurs face their emotions, seek help when needed, and use their resources and skills to cope and recover. We emphasize in particular the role of the territory as a factor of resilience in the context of technological poles and entrepreneurial survival in continuous time of post-revolution crisis in Tunisia. Social support and access to external resources are described as fundamental. The effectiveness of the satisfaction of stakeholders at a pole and the company and environment factors play a major role for entrepreneurial survival.
