Two-Dimensional Preparative Chromatography: Development of CPC x SFC for the isolation of high molecular weight compounds from biomass
Résumé
Because standards or representative samples are not always available, the 2D analysis of natural products is highly challenging. Using off-line fraction transfer avoids peak tracking and hence speeds up the 2D method development. Moreover fraction treatments limits injection effects in the second dimension, hence facilitating HILIC x RPLC combination. In this work, the two combinations have been compared in terms of occupation space rate and peak capacity.
