Résumé

We initiate research on self-stabilization in highly dynamic message-passing systems. We first reformulate the definition of self-stabilization to accommodate with the highly dynamic context. Then, we address the self-stabilizing leader election problem for three wide classes of time-vaying graphs (TVGs).
