Optimal secondary control for DC microgrids
Résumé
In this paper, DC microgrids are modeled as parallel interconnection DC/DC converters. Classical control of such a topology uniformly distributes the total current over branches. This paper demonstrates that such a strategy does not minimize the overall losses when heterogeneous converters are considered. Consequently, a novel control scheme is proposed. It minimizes total losses as well as correcting voltage deviation. Depending on the operating point, current distribution is controlled to maintain optimality.
