Efficiency optimization of a compact low-power voltage doubler rectifier using source-pull techniques

Résumé

In this paper, a compact low-power zero-bias voltage doubler rectifier is presented. The rectifier operates in the 900-MHz band and has applications in RF energy harvesting. The RF-DC conversion efficiency has been optimized thanks to source-pull techniques.
