On a novel computational scheme of dyadic Green's functions of electrically-uniaxial planar layered composites
Résumé
Artificial composite materials are currently used in a number of applications, notably aeronautics, and their testing is of increasing importance. Yet, those usually exhibit complex electromagnetic behaviors, and even modeled as electrically uniaxial, planar-layered anisotropic media the calculation of the dyadic Green's functions as is needed to get their response to some excitation (from kHz to microwaves, depending upon conductivities involved) remains challenging. Here, emphasis is on this calculation, using a novel scheme that both ensures good accuracy and saves computer resources.
