Evaluation in E-learning : the European Academic Software Award
Résumé
This book discusses the whole issue of evaluation in the general area of e-learning, and specifically looks at the processes used within the European Academic Software Award (EASA). This competition was created over a decade ago in order to evaluate academic software, developed mainly by teachers, students, researchers and engineers, and is organised by the European Knowledge Media Association (EKMA). The aim of this book is not only to summarise the competition itself but also to reflect upon future directions for evaluation in e-learning for the next decade.
