Regular BIE for three-dimensional cracks in elastodynamics
Abstract
In this paper, a regular BIE is proposed for 3D curved cracks in elastodynamics. We first derive the singular integral equations for smooth cracks as well as for kinked and crossed cracks, which generalize the BIE given by several authors. Then we apply the regularization technique to the equations.
