Particle swarm optimisation combined to spectral fitting approach improves precision for parametric estimation of tissue optical properties
Résumé
This contribution presents a new approach to estimate with higher precision and robustness the values of absorption and diffusion coefficients from spatially resolved diffuse reflectance spectroscopy measurements. The solution proposed is based on a particle swarm optimisation method combined to spectral fitting of optical properties leading to multidimensional but more coherent solving of the inverse problem.
