Urban logistics facing new economic ecological and social challenges
Résumé
This article aims to enrich the nomenclature of the 7 families of actions for goods in the city. In recent years, new types of urban logistics spaces have reintegrated the city centre, breaking with those described in the document. Their location in the city centre, sometimes in public space, requires greater involvement by local authorities. At the same time, to meet the requirements of Climate Plans, cities have implemented urban development and restrictive regulatory measures to reduce congestion and its effects on the environment. These measures can facilitate or hinder the operation of logistics activities. It seemed necessary to us to make a critical analysis of them and to introduce them in the same way as the new experiments within the framework of the 7 families of actions.
