FLAIRBRAINSEG: Segmentation cérébrale fine par IRM FLAIR uniquement

▶ Available anatomical segmentation methods rely on T1w MRIs, but in certain clinical contexts, T1w MRIs may not be available. ▶ We propose FLAIRBrainSeg [1], a novel method for the fine-grained segmentation of brain structures using only FLAIR MRIs. ▶ Using pairs of T1w and FLAIR MRIs, we trained a neural network to approximate T1w-based segmentation using only the FLAIR MRI. ▶ FLAIRBrainSeg outperforms modality-agnostic approaches and provides reliable, fine-grained segmentation using only FLAIR MRIs.
