Résumé

The research project ALICIA -Assembly Lines in Circulation -will provide a marketplace platform that enables the reuse of second-hand assembly resources. It will consist of five digital tools. Using a formalized resource ontology and AIbased matchmaking, the platform suggests suitable resources for new assembly lines. An Asset Administration Shell (AAS) is developed to integrate these resources into IIoT systems, creating a Digital Twin (DT) for production lines with legacy resources. This marketplace complies with data security standards. ALICIA assesses environmental sustainability and worker skills when selecting second-hand equipment, and identifies ethical impacts and risks from technologies, stakeholders, or ecosystem processes. Additionally, the platform allows partners to offer services like equipment health assessment, repair, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
