Résumé

Two young French entrepreneurs, Bastien Valensi and Emilien Foiret, founded Cabaïa in 2015 and soon impacted the fashion accessories industry. In 2023, the brand had been very successful in their last financial year, having reached €59m in revenue and secured investment from a new financial partner to accelerate their international expansion. The case study addresses the next steps of Cabaïa’s deployment strategy in Germany and calls for analysis as to whether Cabaïa should open owned shops and, if so, where.
