Development of a miniaturized hollow-core fiber plasma spectroscopy technique
Résumé
This work makes a proof of concept, illustrating the possibility to develop a hollow-core fiber spectroscopy technique for miniature probing of plasma-produced species. A hollow-core fiber with Kagomé lattice was integrated in a Raman spectroscopy setup, acting as a container for both light and gas molecules, thus increasing the interaction length and enhancing the Raman signal. The enhancement was proven by comparing the spectra of air with and without the hollow-core fiber.
