A multi-modal and temporal antibiotic resistance knowledge graph

Résumé

Understanding how antibiotic resistance genes spread is essential for protecting human, animal, and environmental health. It requires collaboration across multiple fields and expertise under OneHealth initiatives, emphasizing the pressing need to consolidate diverse antibiotic data from human, animal, and environmental samples. Abromics analysis is a platform designed to monitor thespread of antibiotic resistance genes. Currently, the platform relies on a public API to ensure data interoperability. However, the creation of a knowledge graph will further enhance this interoperability by adhering to the standard ontologies used within the microbial community
