Formation and ethics for modern labor markets and economy: Critical thinking assessment in business

Résumé

This paper elucidates the critical role of critical thinking assessment within business contexts. Drawing upon the works of authors such as Bowie, Snyder, Paul, Chartrand, Flander, and Ishikawa, we posit that effective professional development must prioritize critical thinking and problem-solving skills. These competencies are essential for navigating the complexities of establishing and managing successful enterprises. Rigorous assessment processes are necessary to cultivate these skills, enabling professionals to analyze information judiciously, formulate pertinent questions, and discern factual data from fallacious claims. Consequently, enhanced decision-making capabilities emerge, predicated on a thorough understanding of relevant information. Furthermore, we propose an innovative, potentially algorithmic framework to structure assessment and problem-solving methodologies. This framework offers a structured approach to addressing complex challenges and may prove instrumental in the design and training of Artificial Intelligence algorithms for advanced linguistic processing.
