Article published Joint Bone Spine Clinical enthesitis in patient with psoriatic arthritis, a systematic literature review with meta-analysis
Abstract
In psoriatic arthritis, clinical enthesitis is present in 41.6% patients. Prevalence of enthesitis is higher in clinical trials than in observational studies. The Leeds enthesitis index (LEI) is the most-used score. The LEI may lead to under-estimation of enthesitis. Enthesitis is associated with higher disease activity.
