Diplexer at 67/77 GHz for Future 6G applications
Résumé
This paper presents a new design for millimeter-wave diplexer at 67/77 GHz using dual-mode patch filters. It is implemented on metallic nanowire membrane technology, achieving a very compact size. The proposed filters support two transmission zeros at the upper and lower bands, which improves both bandstop rejection and isolation. The achieved results show a good agreement between measurements and simulations. The achieved insertion loss is 2.6 dB for both RX (67 GHz) and TX (77 GHz). The fractional bandwidth is around 13 % for both bands, with a return loss better than 10 dB and an isolation of 25 dB at the center frequency of each band.
