Microsystem for culture and electroporation parameters screening on a population of spheroids using a gradient of electric field

Résumé

The micro-system presented in this work allows for the culture, treatment, and observation of an in vitro model, with an electroporation presenting a gradient of electric field intensity. This allows for the precise plot of permeabilization depending on intensity, and the investigation of different parameters of the EPN protocol, such as waveform, duration, number of pulses, and repetition frequency on different in vitro models. The device could be used for the efficiency evaluation of several procedures using EPN, like ECT, IRE, and other treatments using PEF.
