Sensitivity analysis applied to automobile gearbox eigenmodes
Résumé
Parametric sensitivity analysis permit to evaluate the influence of design parameters on the global dynamic behavior. In view to a better understanding of the dynamic gear mechanism behavior, these techniques are applied to the first eigenmodes of an automobile gearbox kinematic chain. They have brougth to the fore the great influence of the bearing stiffness and of the pinion and synchromesh mass and inertia.
