Control over the visual appearance through nanostructured metasurfaces fabrication

Résumé

Control over material nanostructuration allows tailoring of several features of visual appearance such as haze, brightness, and color, among others. We can tune these aspects semiindependently through stratified layers baring disordered arrangements of resonant particles. These surfaces demonstrate an original visual effect, referred to as diffuse iridescence.
