Sensing biological materials with differential RF broadband and resonating microsensors
Résumé
This paper presents two dielectric sensors dedicated to biological sample diagnostic. The first one is a
resonating sensor for the characterization of small liquid sample. The second one is a broadband non-invasive sensor submm spatial resolution for melanoma detection. In both cases, a differential approach is adopted in order to enhance the sensor sensitivity by limiting the impact of ambient factors (skin
thickness, temperature, humidity…).
