Covid-19's challenge: Reinvent Face-to-Face Teaching

Résumé

As Institution, University design is mainly based on face-to-face (F2F) Teaching, Managing & Communicating Protocols. Covid19 breakdown face-to-face requirement and invite university to shift in a very short time to distance informing &communicating protocols. Intuitively, Digital facilities have been adopted. Thus most universities, in France, were asked to face a brutal and violent digital transition in a very short a time, a few days instead of a few years. This has created major logistical, financial, organizational, etc. problems. Universities Staff members have to find solution before perceiving and realizing the huge changes related to teaching environment. Mastering Digital Devices, by the staff, and ensuring access to networks, for students, have been the main targets of administrators. However, they couldn’t have enough time to think about the other aspects of “teaching Environment”, the other protocols of F2F communication between Teachers themselves, T-S, S-S, Admin-T, Admin-Admin, Admin-S, etc… all those protocols have been used and have been part of knowledge and know-how transfer.
