Variables de personnalités et usage du lexique émotionnel par des étudiants scientifiques et littéraires
Résumé
This study examines the effect of several personality variables on writing
activities among university students. When writing on emotional topics and
neutral ones, students’ use of emotional lexis differed in relation to their broader
field of study. The writings of arts and literature students revealed two
orientations, related to perfectionism and to procrastination, whereas the writings
of science students were linked to anxiety and apprehension.
