Résumé

The specific report is the concluding deliverable of WP9 and provides some insights regarding issues not previously covered in the specific work package. The first and foremost objective of this report is to present a number of regulatory, socioeconomic and technical recommendations for a more effective deployment of the GIFT solutions on follower islands. In addition, the report touches upon high-level use cases on additional follower islands that were contacted during the project lifetime. Furthermore, due to the particular characteristics that the island of Evia presents, a significant part of this report is dedicated to the analysis of the long-term assessment of the island’s power system as well as the replication of the prediction system. Both topics are presented in separate chapters of this report. Last but not least, for the sake of uniformity and alignment with the demonstration sites’ results, analysis and assessment of selected Key Performance Indicators is provided in the last chapter of the report. This analysis reveals that the replication and scalability results meet the project goals in all crucial KPIs and aspects of the project.
