Human Resources Information Processing and Decision-Making Framework

Résumé

In recent years, there has been an increasing shift towards digitalization across various industries, profoundly affecting their business models. This change is largely driven by advancements in Big Data and Machine Learning technologies, enabling data-driven emulation of human decision-making processes. A notable impact of this digital transformation is evident in the human resources sector. Here, the effective pairing of job vacancies with suitable candidates is crucial for organizational success. Despite this, the potential benefits of employing description logic methods often remain underutilized. This paper explores how knowledge bases, structured as ontologies, are being implemented in the human resources field.
