In dieser Präsentation werden die Blended Teaching and Learning-Methoden beschrieben und die pädagogischen Ansätze, die Information und Kommunikation nutzen Technologien im Bereich der Bildungsprogramme für Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik (ECE). Das Papier spiegelt auch die Zusammenarbeit im Bereich Online Engineering zwischen der Technischen Universität „Gh. Asachi“ aus Iasi, Rumänien, und der Menoufia-Universität, Ägypten, im Rahmen des Erasmus Plus-Programms der Europäischen Union. In diesem Artikel haben wir die aktuellen Dokumente von: der European Society for Engineering Education, der International Society for Engineering Education, der Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, der International Association of Online Engineering und der American Society for Engineering Education überprüft, um diese zu identifizieren die spezifischen pädagogischen Merkmale, die im computergestützten Schulungsprozess verwendet werden. Die Integration von Online-Laboren in den Ingenieurausbildungsprozess, der Einsatz virtueller Lernumgebungen und die Einbeziehung offener Bildungsressourcen sind die in diesem Projekt verwendeten Strategien. Die Auswirkungen des Einsatzes von Massive Open Online Courses in Bildungsprogrammen werden ebenfalls analysiert. Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen unseren Universitäten begann im Jahr 2017 und führte 2018 und 2019 zur Veröffentlichung einer Reihe von Artikeln in den International Conferences Proceedings: International Conference on Virtual Learning, eLearning and Software for Education, International Conference on Electromechanical and Energy Systems. Zwischen dem 1. August 2020 und dem 31. Juli 2021 findet im Rahmen einer Erasmus Plus-Aktion ein Austausch von Lehrenden und Studierenden statt. This presentation describes the Blended Teaching and Learning methodologies and the pedagogical approaches that use Information and Communication Technologies in the field of Electrical and Computers Engineering (ECE) Education Programs. The paper also reflects the collaboration in the field of Online Engineering between the Technical University “Gh. Asachi” from Iasi, Romania, and Menoufia University, Egypt, in the context of the Erasmus Plus Program of the European Union. In this paper, we have reviewed the recent documents of: the European Society for Engineering Education, the International Society for Engineering Education, the Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the International Association of Online Engineering, and the American Society for Engineering Education to identify the specific pedagogical characteristics used in the computerized training process. The integration of online laboratories in the engineering training process, the use of Virtual Learning Environments, and the inclusion of Open Educational Resources are the strategies used in this project. The impact of using Massive Open Online Courses in Education Programs is also analyzed. The cooperation between our universities began in 2017 and has resulted in the publication of a number of articles in International Conferences Proceedings in 2018 and 2019: International Conference on Virtual Learning, eLearning and Software for Education, International Conference on Electromechanical and Energy Systems. Between August 1, 2020, and July 31, 2021, an exchange of teachers and students will take place within an Erasmus Plus Action. Cette présentation décrit les méthodologies d'enseignement et d'apprentissage mixtes et les approches pédagogiques utilisant l'information et la communication Technologies dans le domaine des programmes de formation en génie électrique et informatique (ECE). Le document reflète également la collaboration dans le domaine de l'ingénierie en ligne entre l'Université technique « Gh. Asachi» de Iasi, Roumanie, et de l'Université de Menoufia, Égypte, dans le cadre du programme Erasmus Plus de l'Union européenne. Dans cet article, nous avons examiné les documents récents de la Société européenne pour l'enseignement de l'ingénierie, de l'International Society for Engineering Education, de l'Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, de l'International Association of Online Engineering et de l'American Society for Engineering Education pour identifier les caractéristiques pédagogiques spécifiques utilisées dans le processus de formation informatisé. L'intégration de laboratoires en ligne dans le processus de formation en ingénierie, l'utilisation d'environnements d'apprentissage virtuels et l'inclusion de ressources éducatives libres sont les stratégies utilisées dans ce projet. L’impact de l’utilisation de cours en ligne ouverts massivement dans les programmes éducatifs est également analysé. La coopération entre nos universités a débuté en 2017 et a donné lieu à la publication de nombreux articles dans les actes de conférences internationales en 2018 et 2019 : Conférence internationale sur l'apprentissage virtuel, le eLearning et les logiciels pour l'éducation, Conférence internationale sur les systèmes électromécaniques et énergétiques. Entre le 1er août 2020 et le 31 juillet 2021, un échange d'enseignants et d'étudiants aura lieu dans le cadre d'une action Erasmus Plus. Această prezentare descrie metodologiile de predare și învățare combinate și abordările pedagogice care utilizează informația și comunicarea. Tehnologii în domeniul programelor educaționale de inginerie electrică și computerizată (ECE). Lucrarea reflectă și colaborarea în domeniul Ingineriei Online între Universitatea Tehnică „Gh. Asachi” din Iași, România, și Universitatea Menoufia, Egipt, în contextul Programului Erasmus Plus al Uniunii Europene. În această lucrare, am analizat documentele recente ale: Societății Europene pentru Educația Ingineriei, Societății Internaționale pentru Educația Ingineriei, Instituția Inginerilor Electrici și Electronici, Asociația Internațională de Inginerie Online și Societatea Americană pentru Educația Ingineriei pentru a identifica caracteristicile pedagogice specifice utilizate în procesul de instruire computerizat. Integrarea laboratoarelor online în procesul de formare în inginerie, utilizarea Mediilor Virtuale de Învățare și includerea Resurselor Educaționale Deschise sunt strategiile utilizate în acest proiect. De asemenea, este analizat impactul utilizării Massive Open Online Courses în programele educaționale. Cooperarea dintre universitățile noastre a început în 2017 și a avut ca rezultat publicarea unui număr de articole în International Conferences Proceedings în 2018 și 2019: International Conference on Virtual Learning, eLearning and Software for Education, International Conference on Electromechanical and Energy Systems. Între 1 august 2020 și 31 iulie 2021, va avea loc un schimb de profesori și studenți în cadrul unei acțiuni Erasmus Plus.
