Abstract

Predictive maintenance in the era of Digital Twin (DT) is a new scientific and technological challenge proposing a new vision on how to implement new predictive maintenance policies using digital twin solutions for complex industrial systems. In this paper, we focus on modelling and optimizing predictive maintenance of a insulation gas leakage in a complex system of energy transportation managed by RTE (a company for energy transportation and delivery). We propose exact mathematical models based on actual leakage rate to provide optimal solutions for the predictive maintenance actions and will rely on the use of DT to perform maintenance decisions as feedback to the physical system.
