Ceramic Experiences at Megara Hyblaea in the Early Hellenistic age

Résumé

The resumption of the studies by H. Tréziny for the publication in 2018 of the volume Mégara Hyblaea 7 dedicated to the city of the Classical, Hellenistic and Roman periods, has allowed the study of some ceramic classes that had been neglected until now. This contribution intends to present an up-to-date and articulated picture of the ceramic productions of the early Hellenistic age, through the presentation of some closed contexts and a focus on red-figure pottery and black-gloss wares with overpainted decoration.
