A RENEWAL OF PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES THROUGH VIRTUAL REALITY TOOLS: AN ADAPTATION TO THE SPECIFICITY OF GEN-ZERS THROUGH EXPERIENTIAL PEDAGOGY
UN RENOUVEAU DES ACTIVITES PEDAGOGIQUES AU TRAVERS DES OUTILS DE LA REALITE VIRTUELLE : UNE ADAPTATION A LA SPECIFICITE DES GEN-ZERS PAR LA PEDAGOGIE EXPERIENTIELLE
Résumé
The organization of pedagogical continuity during the COVID 19 outbreak highlighted technologies employed by the metavers. At the same time, a new generation, the Gen-Zers, differentiating themselves from other generations, notably by specific pedagogical needs, is questioning trainers on the use of an experiential pedagogy mobilizing the digital tools of the metaverse. Our paper presents a case study that focuses on the development of a transversal teaching, mixing Supply Chain Management and Sustainable Business Model and that has integrated digital tools of the metaverse, serious game and virtual reality helmets, including elements of an experiential pedagogy. The results of the observations conducted provide elements of understanding of the experience of this educational experience and the way it meets the pedagogical needs of Gen-Zers through autonomy and serendipity by immersion and interactivity.
