n-Channel Transistor Properties of Fluoroalkyl and Trithione Form Birhodanines

Résumé

Birhodanines show n-channel transistorproperties, but differentlyfrom the tetrathione analogues, the transistor properties considerablychange in air. Here, the fluoroalkyl and trithione analogues are investigated. These materials have different crystal structures from the parentmaterials, and the ambient stability of the transistors increasesdepending on the reduction potentials.
