Halide perovskites: a new class of semiconductors for low-cost photovoltaics (and optoelectronics
Résumé
Perovskites have achieved an unprecedented breakthrough in the history of photovoltaics in the last decade and now form a new class of semiconductors with many other low-cost optoelectronic applications related to thin films. The key for this topic is interdisciplinarity involving physicists, chemists and technologists.
