This paper presents a chrono-spatial study of the production facilities discovered on the site of Tiddis, the ancient Castellum Tidditanorum (Algeria). The chronological period taken into account is generally from the 3rd to the 7th century. approximately. The analysis focuses on the nature and the location of the workshops in the urban space through time and the evolution of urbanism. The ancient village has experienced changes and evolutions that have also affected the craft sphere. In Tiddis, two main activities are well documented: the processing of textiles through a dozen fullonicae and the production of ceramics with the rare and exceptional discovery of many tools, cooking failures and ovens. Despite the absence of stratigraphic excavations, the study of furniture combined with that of architecture and urbanism makes it possible to propose a relative dating of these productions while reflecting on the question of their economic role.
