LINEAR OLIGONUCLEOTIDE AND USE IN THE DETECTION OF ANALYTES OF INTEREST
Résumé
The present invention relates to a linear oligonucleotide having, in its sequence, at the 5' end or at the 3' end thereof, a structure comprising an entity E capable of directly or indirectly binding to at least one analyte of interest. The present invention also relates to the use of such a linear oligonucleotide for detecting and optionally quantifying at least one analyte which may be present in a liquid sample, via a loop-mediated isothermal amplification using two primers.
