Service function chains multi-resource orchestration in virtual mobile edge computing

Résumé

The Edge Computing (EC) technology [1], [2], [3] is located between end-user devices and cloud providers. It allows processing huge amount of data at the network edge. It provides more flexibility and agility to the underlying network infrastructure. It has a lot of benefits including network congestion detection and avoidance and IoT devices energy consumption and production reduction. EC is a computing facility that aims mainly to decrease the load on the main network links and reduce the end to end consumer latency. Further, it ensures the virtual instance security and privacy in multi tenancy networks.
