Superconducting properties and anisotropy of Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy films and Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy/Bi2Sr2CuOz superlattices grown by sputtering

Résumé

Single phase 2212 and 2201 films and 2212/2201 multilayers with ultrathin layers have been successfully grown by a sputtering technique and their structure studied by X-Ray diffraction analysis. By comparison with single phase 2212 films, one observes in such multilayers with metallic 2201 layers, an important Tc enhancement effect on one hand, and on the other hand an increase of the anisotropy under magnetic field, leading to a perfect 2D behaviour.
