Superconducting fluctuation study above Tc of Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O thin films made by sputtering

Résumé

c-axis oriented thin films of BiSrCaCuO (2212 and 2223 phases) have been prepared and their excess conductivity Ao(T) have been analyzed above Tc. In all cases Au(T) displays a two-dimensional behaviour in a wide range of temperature. The results are consistent with the 2D limit of the Lawrence-Doniach model.
