Résumé

From the perspective of the increase of digital tools in the workplace, in order to guarantee and promote occupational health, it is certainly possible to strengthen the rights of workers, but it is also possible to focus attention on the obligations of the employer, since it is the employer who chooses the digital tools in the workplace. From this point of view, the article reflects on how to strengthen the legal consideration of the impact of digital technologies on occupational health imperatives with regard to organisational choices resulting from the freedom of enterprise.
