Résumé

The present invention relates to a composition enriched with palladium originating after acid treatment from water hyacinth (Eicchornia crassipes) ash having bioconcentrated the palladium, in which the palladium is derived exclusively from water hyacinth, and to the use thereof in palladium-catalyzed reactions. The present invention also relates to a method for decontaminating industrial effluents using water hyacinth (Eicchornia crassipes).
