Doping MAPbBr3 hybrid perovskites with CdSe/CdZnS quantum dots: from emissive thin films to hybrid single-photon sources

Abstract

We report the first doping of MAPbBr 3 thin films with CdSe/CdZnS quantum dots. High doping levels lead to coupling between matrix and QDs, while low doping levels allow observation of single-photon emission from an individual QD-in-perovskite hybrid.
