ESPON Cartographic Language (ECL)
Résumé
The main purpose of this project was to propose and develop a unique and innovative ESPON Cartographic Language which can (1) be used for cartographic and graphic representations of (in particular) European territorial structures, trends, perspectives, policy impacts and policy priorities and (2) be useful and used as a practical guide for cartography related to ESPON. The project outputs are structured in 4 technical reports entitled (1) Review report ; (2) Mapping guide ; (3) Options and recommendations related to further development of an ESPON Cartographic Language ; (4) Proposal for a modernised ESPON Cartographic design
