Résumé

Flow control techniques can be defined as methods changing a flow natural dynamics. The control of a flow can be achieved with actuators affecting the flow momentum. Therefore, a MMMS microvalve was designed and characterized. The micro-actuators have then been integrated to a wind tunnel on the upstream corner of a cavity. Open-loop flow control experiments have been performed.
