From sooty speleothems analysis to the study of occupation dynamics in caves by prehistoric societies

Résumé

During this presentation, the method will be presented as well as the experiments carried out to better understand the formation of these archives of anthropogenic activities that fuliginous speleothems are. The use of this method to document the mobility patterns of past societies will also be presented through case study.Privileged axes: new methods and methodologies; experimentation, referential frameworks and actualist approaches; occupation of territories and population mobility
