Benzoxazine derivatives, methods for obtaining same, and their use as drugs

Résumé

Benzoxazine derivatives of formula (I), wherein R1 and R2 independently represent an alkyl group with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, or a group of formula -CH2-ORa, wherein Ra is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; Rx is: an alkyl group with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, such as a methyl group, or a group of formula -ORx1, wherein Rx1 is an alkyl group with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, such as a methoxy group, or a group of formula -CH2-X wherein X is a halogen atom, such as chlorine, or a group of formula (a), wherein R3 and R5 independently represent a hydrogen atom or an -OH group or an -OCH3 group, R4 is a hydrogen atom or an -ORb group wherein Rb is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, or R4 is a group of formula -ORc, wherein Rc is a group of formula -CH2-CO-C6H4R', R' being a hydrogen atom, -CN or -OCH3; and either R6 is a group of formula -ORd, wherein Rd is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, when R7 and R8 together form a double bond, or R8 is a group of formula -ORe wherein Re is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, when R6 and R7, together with the carbon atom in position 8 of the ring, form a C = O group; and methods for obtaining them. The invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising these derivatives and their use in the treatment of disease states related to the presence of free radicals, particularly in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
