Elimination et durabilité : l'exemple de la trypanosomiase humaine africaine
Résumé
Efforts to eliminate tropical diseases always led to failures, undoubtedly due to a lack of innovation and a drastic reduction of political support, including human and financial resources. Elimination of diseases cannot be achieved without implementation of adequate tools and strategies to ensure sustainability. Human African trypanosomiasis, on the way to elimination, could be one of the first or maybe even the first to do so.
